Executive function coaching isn't about changing who you are. At Functional Skills Academy, it is about understanding how your child’s unique mind processes the world. Together, we will look past the overwhelm and build practical, customized systems for their everyday life.

Work Smarter, Not Harder.

As a high school administrator with a Master’s degree in special education, I have years of expertise in designing instruction and managing student behavior. I have worked collaboratively with students and their families to establish meaningful goals, create plans, provide guidance and support, and help them achieve stronger outcomes.

Our Services

01

Executive Function Coaching

We offer personalized, skills-based services that teach individuals how to learn, organize, and follow through. Rather than teaching specific subject matter like a traditional tutor, we work one-on-one with your child and partner with families to build the essential self-management habits needed for school and life.

02

Behavior Management

Through collaboration and discussion, we can assess behaviors that your child may be struggling with at home or in school. We will identify target behaviors and deploy interventions to address your child's unique situation.

Your Questions, Answered

How does the consultation process begin?

After you reach out, we schedule an exploratory call to understand your objectives, perspective, and target goals. From there, we develop a personal plan to achieve your goal.

What are your payment terms?

Plans are developed over a 4-week workshop in which we work with families. This allows us to determine if target behaviors are being properly addressed and if goals are being reached. Contract terms and payment are completed before the start of the workshop.

Can we request ongoing support after the initial project?

Absolutely. Many clients choose to retain us for continuous improvement, coaching, and updates to keep their programs current and effective.
